NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP RESOLUTION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Reincrete Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, held on the 30th day of August 1960, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Stewart Orr, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”

NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Reincrete Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned the liquidator of Reincrete Manufacturing Co. Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 7th day of October 1960 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Sinclair and Yates Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 6th day of September 1960, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
- The company having no further contracts in view and in the opinion of the members should be wound up the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That Mr M. J. Morel, public accountant, of Taupo, be and is hereby appointed liquidator.
- That the remuneration of the liquidator be in accordance with the scale of charges fixed by the New Zealand Society of Accountants.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company, subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court, was on the 31st day of August 1960 presented to the said Court by the Ascot Finance Co. Ltd. and the Tasman Finance Co. Ltd., duly incorporated companies having their registered offices at 178 Riddiford Street, Wellington, and carrying on business there as finance companies; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 28th day of September 1960, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by applications No. 8 and 9 of 1960, Dudley John Craighead, of Kurow, engineer, will apply to the Warden's Court at Oamaru on the 17th day of October 1960, at 10.30 a.m., for two licences for water races, each authorising the diversion of one-half head of water for irrigation and stock purposes from Diggers Gully on applicant's private land by two race lines commencing where Diggers Gully enters applicant's land and terminating 800 yd approximately still on applicant's land.
Objections must be filed in the Registrar's Office, Oamaru, and notified to applicant at least three days before the above date of hearing.
