Tariff Notice—Application for Approval of the Minister of Customs

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 199 (1) (a) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:

  1. Plastic tubing of an internal diameter of 1 mm.
  2. Cycle valve tubing.
  3. Convoluted radiator hose.
  4. Fibre-glass cord, reinforced hose.
  5. Chemical delivery hose with acid-resisting rubber lining, canvas reinforcement, and abrasive-resisting cover.
  6. Sand-blast hose.
  7. Fire hose, rubber lined.

The applications will not be dealt with until 29 September 1960, and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 29 September 1960.

Tariff Notice—Application for Approval of the Minister of Customs

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 421 (3) (b) (i) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:

Polyvynyl acetate adhesives.

The applications will not be dealt with until 29 September 1960, and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 29 September 1960.
