PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Hakataramea Valley Rabbit District Order 1960.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The boundaries of the Hakataramea Valley Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 1st day of June 1949,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
