Declaring Land in the Canterbury Land District Exempted from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925 to be Crown Land

Pursuant to the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land containing 24·7 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 16519, being part Rural Section 62, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, and being included in certificate of title, Volume 183, folio 232, Christchurch Land Registry.
