A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 22nd day of August 1960.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 37 acres 3 roods 5·1
perches situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland
R.D., and being part Section 2 of 21, City of Invercargill;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 815 (S.O. 6697) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
