Abolition of Quarantine Ground for the Detention of Stock at Motutapu Island (Notice No. Ag. 7076)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Stock Act 1908, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke, on the 1st day of September 1960, the Proclamation under the Stock Act 1908 of a quarantine ground for the detention of stock dated the 1st day of March 1950 and published in the Gazette on the 9th day of that month at page 237; and hereby proclaim and declare that, on and after the said 1st day of September 1960, the land described in the Schedule to that Proclamation shall cease to be a quarantine ground for the detention of stock imported into New Zealand at the Port of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 12th day of August 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 31·4 perches situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 56, D.P. S. 3391, being part Allotment 315, Matata Parish. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of August 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 13·05 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 36, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. All Register Book, Volume 956, folio 251, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 26·2 perches situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 241, District of Tamaki. All the land in Proclamation No. 15254, Auckland Land Registry.
