Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the control in the Boy Scouts' Association (New Zealand Branch), Incorporated, and revokes the reservation for a site for a Boy Scouts' hall over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a quarantine ground over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, County of Southland, containing by estimation 5894 acres and 24 perches, more or less, and being the land described in the Southland Provincial Gazette of 1861, pages 25 and 33; the peninsula on the east side of Bluff Harbour, known by the name of Tewai's Point; such quarantine ground being bounded on the west by the Bluff Harbour, on the north by the eastern arm of Bluff Harbour, and by a right line extending due east from its eastern extremity until it intersects the east boundary of the Campbelltown Hundred, on the east by the east boundary of the Campbelltown Hundred from the said point of intersection to the sea coast, on the south by the ocean; excluding Sections 2 and 5, Block XIII, Campbelltown Hundred.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes, as from the 2nd day of May 1960, the notice dated 8 July 1959 and published in Gazette, 16 July 1959, Volume II, page 971, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 7742, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land.
