ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 7 perches situated in Block VII, Omapere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Allotment 30, Parish of Omapere, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 38808, being part Allotment 30, Parish of Oma pere; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 785 (S.O. 39549) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor- General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 23·3 perches situated in Block III, Hukatere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 19, Town of Pahi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 787 (S.O. 40775) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 22·1 perches situated in Block III, Hukatere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotments 12, 13, 14, and part Allotment 19, Town of Pahi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 787 (S.O. 40775) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor- General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.
