Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block II, Maketu Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Maketu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 14·6 Part land on D.P. 6685, being part Section 20; coloured sepi a on plan.
1 3 18·6 Parts land on D.P. 7894, being part Section 20; 0 0 11·8} coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 0·6 Part land on D.P. 19258, being part Section 20; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 3·3 Part Lot 16, D.P. S. 1946, being part Section 23; coloured yellow on plan.
1 2 12 Part Rangiuru 2B No. 1 Block; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 542 (S.O. 40122) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 35·9 perches sit uated in Block II, Maketu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Rangiuru 2B No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 542 (S.O. 40122) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of July 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.

All that piece of land containing 1·5 perches situated in Ocean Beach Survey District, City of Dunedin, being part Section 1, and being Lot 12, D.P. 9686, Otago Land Registry.

All that piece of land containing 3 roods 30 perches situated in Block II, Motuotaraia Survey District, Waipukura u County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Section 4; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 746 (S.O. 3198) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
