As the said area is shown outlined in blue on the plan marked S.H.D. 405, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, but excepting therefrom the areas shown outlined in red on the plans marked N.Z.E.D. 546/1 and N.Z.E.D. 546/2 deposited as aforesaid.

Crown Land in the Hutt County Set Apart for Railway Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; subject as to the land first described to the building-line condition imposed by K. 42593, Wellington Registry, subject as to the land secondly described to the building-line condition imposed by K. 39113, Wellington Registry, subject as to the land thirdly described to the building-line condition imposed by K. 42594, Wellington Registry, and subject as to the land fourthly described to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 425792, Wellington Registry, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

Consent to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the New Plymouth Borough Council

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the New Plymouth Aerodrome Establishment Order 1960.

Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the New Plymouth Borough Council on land situated in Blocks II and III, Paritutu Survey District.

The orders of consent in Gazette, No. 61, published on 24 August 1933, at page 2099, and in Gazette, No. 23, published on 19 March 1936, at page 497, are hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
FIRSTLY, all that portion of road situated in Block XI, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County, commencing on Puketaha Road at the south-western corner of Allotment 391, Parish of Kirikiri, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 99 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 552 (S.O. 39380) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
Secondly, all that portion of road situated in Blocks XI and XII, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County, commencing at its junction with a legal road at the south-eastern corner of Allotment 397, Kirikiri Parish, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 151 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 553 (S.O. 39382) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
