NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Public Works Act
1928, that the Whangarei County Council proposes, under the
provisions of the said Act, to take the pieces of land described
in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further
given that a plan of the pieces of land required to be taken
is deposited in the office of the said Council, situated in Rose
Street, Whangarei, and is open for inspection without fee by
all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such land who have
any well grounded objections to the taking of the said lands
must lodge their objections in writing and send the same,
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to
the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, Rose Street,
Whangarei.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works
Act 1928, to take for road the portion of land described in
the Schedule hereto.
A plan showing the portion of land proposed to be taken
is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga
County Council, Barkes Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga,
during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication
of this notice. All persons affected by the taking of the land
and having well grounded objections thereto are hereby called
upon to set forth their objections in writing and send the
same to the office of the Tauranga County Council on or
before the 30th day of August 1960.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Masterton Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts,
to execute a certain public work, namely, the widening of
Park Street in the Borough of Masterton, and for the pur-
poses of such public work the lands described in the Schedule
hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further
given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is
deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said
Council, situate in Chapel Street, Masterton, and is open for
inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office
hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council
Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Riverton Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts,
to execute a certain public work, namely, the legalising of
portion of Bay Road between the Aparima River Bridge and
Dallas Street, and for the purpose of such public work the
lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be
taken; and notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in Palmerston Street,
Riverton, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all per-
sons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first

TAWA BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1954, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme,
under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the
Tawa Borough was approved by the Council, by resolution
passed at its meeting held on the 29th day of June 1960, after
all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme
had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to
give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all
variations of the scheme required by the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come
into operation on the 4th day of July 1960.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in
the Council's office and in every public library in the district
and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so
requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
