IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the members of C. H. P’s Holiday Homes Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation) will be held at the registered office of the company, Kawiu Road, Levin, on Thursday, the 18th day of August 1960, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that, on the 13th day of July 1960, it was resolved by the company as a special resolution by memorandum signed for the purpose of becoming an entry in the minute book of the company as provided by subsections (1) and (4) of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, as follows:
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Mr Ian Malone Hamilton, of Ashburton, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of City Car Park and Service Station Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 15th day of August 1960 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
