Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block V, Invercargill Hundred

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 13·2 perches, situated in Block V, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Section 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 563 (S.O. 6694) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of July 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 252848, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for post-office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 12·44 perches, situated in the Borough of Eketahuna, Wellington R.D., being part land on D.P. 4714, being part Rural Section 23, Eketahuna Settlement, and part closed road. Balance certificate of title, Volume 479, folio 171, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 2·21 Part Lot 2, D.P. 4537; coloured sepia on plan.

0 0 5·44 Part Lot 2, D.P. 8676; coloured blue on plan.

All being parts Section 24, Hutt District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 409 (S.O. 23977) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
