Boundaries of Town District of Warkworth and County of Rodney Defined
PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Town District of Warkworth and the County of Rodney, the previous boundaries having been altered by Order in Council made on the 8th day of March 1960, and published in Gazette, 10 March 1960, No. 16, page 319.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF TOWN DISTRICT OF WARKWORTH
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 18, D.P. 9212, situated in Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 18 and 22, along the northern end of a public road (Hudson Road) and the north-western boundary of Lot 30, all the said lots being of D.P. 9212, along the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 96D, Mahurangi Parish, crossing the intervening No. 1 State Highway, part Allotment 97, shown on C.T., Volume 768, folio 143, part Allotment 101, shown on C.T., Volume 768, folio 143, along a right line across the Warkworth-Leigh road, to and along the south-eastern boundary of another part of part Allotment 101 to the northernmost corner of a right of way, being part of Allotment 48 and shown on D.P. 703, situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of part Allotment 47, shown on C.T., Volume 952, folio 10, along a right line across the Warkworth-Sandspit Main Highway, to and along the western boundary of part Allotment 47, shown on C.T., Volume 754, folio 55, and that boundary produced to the right bank of the Mahurangi River; thence generally south-easterly along the right bank of that river to the south-eastern boundary of part Allotment 71, shown on C.T., Volume 1093, folio 55; thence south-westerly along that south-eastern boundary, along a right line crossing part Allotment 71, shown on C.T., Volume 588, folio 194, and Creek Road, to and along the south-eastern boundary of another part Allotment 71, shown on C.T., Volume 588, folio 182, to the southernmost corner of that part Allotment 71 and along the production of the aforesaid south-eastern boundary across part Allotment 71, shown on C.T., Volume 588, folio 191, to the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 66, shown on C.T., Volume 532, folio 46; thence north-westerly along that boundary and that boundary produced, across the intervening Thompson Road, to and along another part of that north-eastern boundary to the northernmost corner of the aforesaid part Allotment 66; thence south-westerly generally along the northern boundary of the aforementioned part Allotment 66, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of part Allotment 65, shown on C.T., Volume 544, folio 300, to the easternmost corner of part Allotment 64, shown on C.T., Volume 984, folio 121; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of the said part Allotment 64, along a right line crossing the No. 1 State Highway, to and along the north-eastern boundary of another part of Allotment 64, shown on C.T., Volume 669, folio 289, along the eastern boundary of Allotment 64A and along another part of the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid part Allotment

64, along a right line across Woodcocks Road to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2 and the generally eastern boundary of Lot 3, both lots shown on D.P. 39497, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to and up the middle of the Mahurangi River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 52, all the aforesaid allotments being of Mahurangi Parish; thence still north-westerly along a right line to and along the aforesaid boundary, crossing the intervening Hill Street to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF RODNEY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District commencing at the junction of the southern bank of Mangawhai Estuary with the sea coast, situated in Block V, Mangawhai Survey District, and proceeding generally southerly along the sea coast, to and westerly up the middle of Waiwera River and that channel of the said river, south of Te Koroto Block, and again up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 104, Waiwera Parish, situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District; thence again westerly along a right line, to and along that boundary, along the northern boundaries of Allotments 101, 102, 103, 242, 256, and the last-mentioned boundary produced across the Waiwera River to and along part of the northern boundary of Allotment 89, along the northern side of a public road which forms part of the northern boundary of the said Allotment 89 and that side produced to and along the northern boundaries of Allotment 286, Lot 2, D.P. 39203, Allotments 283, 272, crossing the intervening Bayers and Tahekeroa-Waiwera roads and their adjoining streams and still westerly along the northern boundaries of Allotments 270, N.E. 135, M. 135, W. 135, N. 134, crossing the intervening public road, Allotments 466, N. 113, 112, crossing the intervening Tahekeroa-Waiwera road to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned allotment, situated in Block I, Waiwera Survey District, all the aforesaid allotments being of Waiwera Parish; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Lot 5 along a right line across the Tahekeroa-Waiwera road, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 4, along a right line across the aforesaid road to and along the eastern boundary of part Lot 3, all the said lots being of D.P. 26487, part Allotments 174, 174D, along a right line across the Tahekeroa-Puhoi road and the Tahekeroa Stream, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 20898, and part Allotment 185, Makarau Parish, shown on D.P. 18176, and that boundary produced across the North Auckland Railway, a public road, Kohekohe Stream, and Lot 4, D.P. 11758, to and along the eastern boundary of part Allotment 188, shown on D.P. 2543; thence generally south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of the said part Allotment 188, Lot 3, D.P. 11758, parts Allotment N. 187, part Allotment N. 186, shown on D.P. 3068, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment N. 64, shown on D.P. 3068, all the aforesaid allotments being of Makarau Parish, and that boundary produced to and down the middle of Rauhori Stream and the middle of Makarau River to the Kaipara Harbour, in Block II, Kaipara Survey District; thence generally north-westerly and north-easterly along the shores of that harbour, to and along the left banks of the Oruawharo and Topuni Rivers, to and up the middle of Hakaru River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 193, Oruawharo Parish, situated in Block IV, Otamatea Survey District; thence easterly generally along the generally southern boundaries of Allotments 193, 31, 30, 29,
