COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Chatton Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 5·1 Part Section 3; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1·5 Part Section 7 and part closed road; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 498 (S.O. 5421) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1960.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 7·7 perches, situated in Block VI, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment N.W. 63, Maungakaramea Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 468 (S.O. 41665) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods, situated in Block VI, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotment 148, Maungakaramea Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 468 (S.O. 41665) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of July 1960.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 16·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Hokianga Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Waimamaku B No. 2c No. 2b, Waimamaku B No. 2c No. 2a, and Waimamaku B No. 2c No. 1 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 367 (S.O. 41721) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
