A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set
apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of
July 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 35·1 perches, situated in
Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., being
part Lot 20, Deeds Plan 328, being part Block II, Rangitikei
District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 451 (S.O. 24693) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for Post Office purposes, is hereby
set apart for social security purposes (medical practitioner’s
residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 11th day of July 1960.

described in the said Schedule, to the building-line restriction
imposed by notice S. 34513, Auckland Land Registry, for
Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Procla-
mation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of July
1960.
