Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act
1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 34·2 perches, more or less,
being the block of land known as Te Koutu W, Section 23
Block, situated in Block XVI, Rotorua, and Block IV, Horo-
horo Survey Districts.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 29th day of June 1960.

Atiamuri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 11th day of July 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 5 acres, being Section
17, Block XII, Atiamuri Survey District, as shown on a plan
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as
S.O. 39498.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 11th day of July 1960.

Section 11, Block I, Paeroa Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan

yellow.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set
apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of
July 1960.
