Wholesalers' Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Granted Surrendered, or Revoked

PURSUANT to the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, the Comptroller of Customs hereby gives notice that licences to act as wholesalers have been granted to the licensees mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and that licences to act as wholesalers granted to the licensees mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto have been surrendered or revoked.

Price Order No. 1810 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 1535) (Retail Groceries and Other Goods)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1810, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1535* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. This order shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1960.

  3. (1) Price Order No. 1613† is hereby revoked.

(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.

  1. The Schedule to the principal order is hereby amended by omitting therefrom under the heading of “Fruit, canned”, all reference to pineapple, and by inserting in lieu thereof the following.

"SCHEDULE
