Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 4th day of July 1960.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Tauranga County Council: Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Prohibition
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of the prohibition made by the Tauranga County Council relating to the subdivision of that area of land in the Tauranga County, being part Allotment 118, Te Papa Parish, Block X, Tauranga Survey District, and being the land in certificate of title, Volume 901, folio 101, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby extended to the 1st day of June 1961.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 4th day of July 1960.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared Crown land: 1 rood 15 perches.
Being part railway land in Proclamation 3768.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, and County of Manukau. (S.O. 41825.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16642 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Revocation of Approval to Issue Warrants of Fitness
Pursuant to subclause (3) of regulation 52 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the approval of the person described in the Schedule hereto to issue warrants of fitness for motor vehicles.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
