Land Taken for Road in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of
July 1960.
SCHEDULE
Marlbrough Land District
All that piece of land containing 2.6 perches, situated in
Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D.,
being part Section 154, Havelock Suburban Registration District;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161147 (S.O. 4410) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 14th day of June 1960.

coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161521 (S.O. 12814) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

All that piece of land containing 3 roods 20.7 perches, situated in Block IX, Leaning Rock Survey District, Otago R.D., being Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161288 (S.O. 12787) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Sandy Survey District, Wellington R.D. described as follows:

0 1 11.2 Allocation Block No. 1; coloured blue on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE

Road Closed
All that piece of road containing 2 roods 11.9 perches situated in Block III, Sandy Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining part Manawatu Allocation Block No. 1, parts being also Lots 3 and 5, D.P. 18512; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 411 (S.O. 23876) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 17th day of June 1960.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road no longer being required.
SCHEDULE
Taranaki Land District
All that piece of road containing 4.9 perches, situated in Block III, Tainui Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being road by Proclamation No. 1878, Taranaki Land Registry, and being formerly part 4B Mohakatino-Parininihi No. 1c West Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134877 (S.O. 8428) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of June 1960.

Pursuant to the Electoral Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Electoral Main Rolls Closing Order 1960.
- The date for the closing of the main roll in every European and Maori electoral district for the year 1960, under section 61 of the Electoral Act 1956, shall be the 7th day of July 1960.
