Declaration That Portion of the Mangere Domain be Set Apart as a Site for a Public Hall

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that portion of the Mangere Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 13th day of January 1960, be set apart as a site for a public hall, subject to Part II of the said Act.
