THE Auckland City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the eastern side of Federal Street and the northern side of Wolfe Street fronting Allotment 14 and part Allotments 15 and 16, Section 18, City of Auckland, and comprised in certificates of title, Volume 175, folio 71, Volume 779, folio 43, and Volume 188, folio 204, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan A. 2462/2.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Green Island Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at a width for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 160819 referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said streets.
