A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1960.

ALL that piece of street containing 1 rood 27·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Waitara, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through Lot 33, D.P. 8133, being (inter alia) Section 10, Block LXVI, parts of Block CXX, Sections 11 and 12, Block LXVII, and Section 11 and part Section 12, Block LXVIII, and also Lot 1, D.P. 7901, being (inter alia) part Block CXX, all Town of Waitara West; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160791 (S.O. 8835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
