NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary resolution is to be passed resolving:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily and that the appointment of a liquidator be left in the hands of the creditors.”
