Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

SITUATED within Waipa County—
The Frankton-Pirongia road (from a point 21 chains south-west of its junction with Foster Road to a point 27 chains north-east of the said junction).

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment in connection with the farming operations of the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Classification of Roads in Mangonui County
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant, dated the 24th day of May 1951†, as relates to roads described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby declares that the said roads shall belong to the class as set out in the said Schedule.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (6) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Commissioner of Transport, as required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes those portions of the Warrant dated the 29th day of June 1950† in so far as they relate to the road described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby declares that the said road shall belong to the class as set out in the said Schedule.

Price Order No. 1808 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 1800) (Meat Retail)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending price order.
- This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1808 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1800* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
- This order shall come into force on the 7th day of June 1960.
- The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Third Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.
