District, and Block IV, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of
May 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

Situated in Block XVI, Hamilton Survey District, and
Block IV, Puniu Survey District:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 161 (S.O. 34056) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day
of May 1960.

Block XII, Purua Survey District, Borough of Whangarei,
Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 1, Parish of
Whangarei; as the same are more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 199 (S.O. 41901) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
