A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 38 perches, situated in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, City of Dunedin, being part Sections 26 and 111R. All certificate of title, Volume 35, folio 250, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of May 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works' Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1960.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 29·2 Part Lot 4, D.P. 6170, being part Te Whareo-Maraenui Block; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 5·1 Part Lot 1, D.P. 6211, being part Ahuriri Lagoon; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161366 (S.O. 3176) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 1·42 perches, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 9, D.P. 3137, being part Section 98, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 148 (S.O. 23873) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
