Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart, Subject to a Building-line Restriction, for a Public School in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 3122, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 16·9 perches, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, being part of Lot 1, D.P. 7282, being part Allotments 185 and 187, Kirikiriroa Parish. Balance certificate of title, Volume 995, folio 203, Auckland Land Registry.
