Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of N.Z. Labour Newspapers Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Trades Hall, Vivian Street, Wellington, New Zealand, on Wednesday, the 15th day of June 1960, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution:
“That the books and papers of the company shall be retained by the liquidator for a period of not less than five years.”
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
NOTE—This meeting is being called by advertisement (in lieu of notice sent to individual contributories), pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand made in Wellington on the 8th day of December 1959.

Resolved as an Extraordinary Resolution:
“1. The company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“2. That J. E. P. Cameron, public accountant, of Auckland, be nominated as liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955 that, by special resolution passed, pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, the following special resolution was duly passed on 27 April 1960:
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Thomas Gormanston Wells, public accountant, of Dargaville, be appointed liquidator of the company at remuneration in accordance with the scale of fees as laid down by the New Zealand Society of Accountants.”

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 20th day of April 1960, presented to the said Court by the Amalgamated Brick and Pipe Co. (Wellington) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 1st day of June 1960 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
