NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that by special resolution of shareholders of Poronui Stations Ltd., dated the 26th day of April 1960, it was resolved:
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That Mr Lewis Nathan Ross, of 706-710 Colonial Mutual Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”
