Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened and held on the 31st day of March 1960, the following special resolution was duly passed:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Documentary Acceptances Ltd. (in liquidation).
THE liquidator of Documentary Acceptances Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 29th day of April 1960 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Shirley Masters Ltd. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Room 308, Third Floor, T. and G. Building, Wellesley Street, Auckland C. 1, on the 19th day of May 1960, at 2.15 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
“That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be retained for a period of five years from the date hereof and then disposed of.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at Room 308, Third Floor, T. and G. Building, Wellesley Street, Auckland C. 1, on the 19th day of May 1960, at 3.45 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
“That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be retained for a period of five years from the date hereof and then disposed of.”
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by special resolutions by entries in the minute book, dated the 18th day of December 1959, in the manner provided by section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved.
“(1) That, pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That David Keith, of Invercargill, accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
Notice to Creditors to Prove
THE liquidator of Baker and Pickford Ltd. does hereby fix the 11th day of May 1960 as the day on or before which creditors of the company have to prove their claims or debts, under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims or debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.

PAEROA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Paeroa Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of five thousand pounds (£5,000) authorised to be raised by the Paeroa Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for providing suitable accommodation for aged people, the said Paeroa Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one four one of a penny (0·141d.) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Paeroa; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from the minutes of a meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council held on the 10th day of March 1960.

WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Drainage Loan 1958 of £160,000
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wanganui City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and principal on payments on the second instalment of £50,000 of a special loan of £160,000 authorised to be raised by the Wanganui City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improving, renewing, and extending drainage reticulation and works, the said Wanganui City Council makes and levies a special rate of two hundred and twenty-nine thousandths (0·229) of a penny in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the City of Wanganui, comprising the whole of the City of Wanganui, the boundaries whereof are defined in the Gazettes of the 14th day of March 1957, No. 22, at pages 485 and 486, of the 29th day of August 1957, No. 62, at page 1579, of the 9th day of January 1958, No. 2, at page 16, and of the 21st day of August 1958, No. 52, at page 1104; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said second instalment of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said second instalment of the said loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of the raising of the said second instalment of the said loan, or until such second instalment is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at the meeting of the Wanganui City Council held on the 11th day of April 1960.
