Douglas Watson Newall, D.F.C., M.AGR.SC., is granted a
commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Flight
Lieutenant with seniority from 26 June 1958, with effect from
26 February 1960.
Frank Winston Nauman is granted a commission in the
Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer, with seniority
and effect from 24 March 1960.
