Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 25th day of April 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 18 perches, situated in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 3641, being part Rotopotakataka Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161082 (S.O. 38887) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 25th day of April 1960.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953

Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys dated 1 April 1960, derived from the Ikaroa Maori Land Court District and held by him, have been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Christchurch, and Palmerston North, and all the sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.
