BOROUGH OF PAPATOETOE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Papatoetoe Borough Council, at its meeting held on the 26th day of February 1960, has resolved to prepare, for the area of land comprising approximately 654 acres which came into the Borough from the Manukau County Council on the 1st day of October 1959, a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposal scheme.
Proposals marked “Papatoetoe Borough—New Area District Scheme” should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 20th day of June 1960.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Papatoetoe Borough Council made on the 26th day of February 1960, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Borough of Papatoetoe, excluding that portion of land of approximately 654 acres which came into the borough on the 1st day of October 1959. The scheme has been deposited in the office of the Papatoetoe Borough Council, St. George Street, Papatoetoe, the public library, St. George Street, the mobile library, and the Auckland Regional Planning Office, 26 Princes Street, Auckland, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 20th day of July 1960. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

FRIENDLY SOCIETIES ACT 1909

ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 5th day of April 1960, cancelled the registry of Court Pohangina, No. 7313, of the Wellington District of the Ancient Order of Foresters (Register No. 144/18) held at Ashhurst, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand. The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
