Block XII aforesaid, to and along the eastern and northern
boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 67d Block and the northern
boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 67A 7A and 67A 7B Blocks,
to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries
of Rangitoto-Tuhua 74B 6E 3 Block and the last-mentioned
boundary produced across a public road which forms the
north-eastern boundary of part Rangitoto-Tuhua 74B 6B
Block to the said north-eastern boundary; thence north-
westerly along that boundary crossing the intervening
Taringamutu-Mangakahiu Road to and south-westerly along
the north-western boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 74B 6B Block,
to and westerly generally along the northern and western
boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 74B 6G 2c Block, the northern
boundary of Block X, Tuhua Survey District, to and along
the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of part Rangi-
toto-Tuhua 74B 6A and the last-mentioned boundary produced
to the middle of the Uepango Stream in Block VI, Tuhua
Survey District; thence again westerly generally down the
middle of the said stream to a point in line with the north-
eastern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 77F 1A 2; thence north-
westerly along a right line to and along that north-eastern
boundary and the north-eastern boundaries of Rangitoto-
Tuhua 77F 1A 1A and 77F 1A 1, crossing the intervening North
Island Main Trunk Railway, and the last-mentioned boundary
produced to the middle of the Ongarue River; thence northerly
generally up the middle of that river to and north-westerly along
the southern boundary of Block III, Tangitu Survey District to
the southernmost corner of Section 18, Block II, Tangitu
Survey District being the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF TARINGAMOTU RIDING
All that area in the South Auckland Land District in the
Taumarunui County bounded by a line commencing at the
north-western corner of Hauhungaroa 9 Block in Block IX,
Puketapu Survey District, and proceeding southerly along the
western boundary of the aforesaid block and the western
boundaries of Hauhungaroa 10 and 11 Blocks, to and westerly
generally along the northern boundary of Hauhungaroa 1C
Block to and along the north-eastern and north-western boun-
daries of Waituhi-Kuratau 2A Block and the last-mentioned
boundary produced to and down the middle of the Punga-
punga Stream to a point in line with the south-western boun-
dary of Puketapu 3D Block; thence along a right line to and
along that generally south-western boundary, to and along
the generally southern boundaries of part Puketapu 3c 5A
Block to its south-western corner; thence along the ridge
traverse crossing part Puketapu 3c 5B Block, and shown on
M.L. Plan 14324 (1) to the eastern boundary of Puketapu
3c 6 Block; thence along a right line to the easternmost corner
of Puketapu 3c 9 Block; thence still westerly generally along
the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of that block,
to and down the middle of the Ngakonui Stream to a point
in line with the northern boundary of Section 26, Block
XIV, Tuhua Survey District; thence along a right line, to and
along that northern boundary and the northern boundaries
of Ohura South M 3A 2A 1 Block and Sections 12 and 11, to
and along the eastern boundary of Section 24, the generally
northern side of a public road which forms the generally
southern boundaries of Sections 24, 23, part 20, 16, 10, and
another part of 20, all the aforesaid sections being in Block
XIV, Tuhua Survey District, to a roadside angle on the last-
mentioned boundary formed by lines bearing 301Β° 22' and
145Β° 34' (S.O. Plan 37778); thence continuing south-westerly
generally along a right line crossing the said public road to
the opposite roadside angle and along another right line
crossing Section 21, Block XIV, aforesaid, to the easternmost
corner of Section 78, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District;
thence along the south-eastern boundaries of that section and
Section 22, Block XIII aforesaid to its southernmost corner,
being on the boundary of the Borough of Taumarunui; thence
westerly generally along that borough boundary as described
in Gazette, 1959, page 1515, to a point in the middle of the
Ongarue River in line with the northern boundary of Ohura
South 2B Block in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District; thence
northerly generally up the middle of that river, to and east-
erly generally along the southern boundary of Waimiha
Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commence-
ment.
BOUNDARIES OF KURATAU RIDING
All that area in the South Auckland and Wellington Land
Districts in the Taumarunui County bounded by a line com-
mencing at a point on the western shores of Lake Taupo in
Block V, Karangahape Survey District, being the middle of
the mouth of the Oruapuraho Stream, and proceeding south-
erly generally along the eastern boundary of the County of
Taumarunui as described in Gazette, 1959, page 1515, to its
intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Waimanu
2G Block; thence north-westerly generally along that boun-
dary, the northern boundaries of Oraukura 1 and 2 Blocks
and the north-eastern boundaries of Oraukura 3 Block and
the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle
of the Kuao Stream; thence northerly generally down the
middle of that stream and the Kuratau Stream to a point in
line with the eastern boundary of Waituhi-Kuratau 1B Block;
thence northerly along that eastern boundary to and westerly
generally along the northern boundary of the said Waituhi-
Kuratau 1B Block and along the northern boundaries of Wai-
tuhi-Kuratau 3 Block, part Section 1, Block XV, Puketapu
Survey District, and Sections 2 and 1, Block XIV, of
the aforesaid survey district to and along the northern boun-
dary of Waituhi-Kuratau 2A Block to and northerly along the

eastern boundary of Taringamotu Riding as hereinbefore
described to and easterly along the southern boundary of
Waimiha Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of
commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF PUNGAPUNGA RIDING
All that area in the South Auckland and Wellington Land
Districts in Taumarunui County bounded by a line com-
mencing on the southern boundary of Taringamotu Riding
being a point in the middle of the Ngakonui Stream in line
with the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block XV,
Tuhua Survey District, and proceeding easterly and southerly
generally along the southern boundary of Taringamotu Riding
and the south-western boundary of Kuratau Riding as herein-
before described to and south-westerly along the eastern
boundary of the County of Taumarunui as described in
Gazette, 1959, page 1515, to its intersection with the middle
of the Wanganui River in Block XII, Tongariro Survey Dis-
trict; thence north-westerly generally down the middle of
that river to a point in line with the western side of a public
road which forms the western boundary of Ohura South
B 2B 1 Block in Block VII, Piopiotea Survey District; thence
northerly generally along a right line to and along that road-
side to and along the generally eastern boundary of Lot 2,
D.P. 24369, to and along the eastern boundary of Ohura South
D 2 Block, along the generally north-eastern boundary of
Section 7, and the north-western boundary of Section 8, both
of Block III, Piopiotea Survey District, and that last-mentioned
boundary produced to and along the middle of Pukehou
Road and the middle of the Taumarunui-Turangi State High-
way to a point in line with the south-western boundary of
Ohura South C 1 Section 2B 2 Block; thence still northerly
generally along a right line to and along that boundary and
its production to and down the middle of the Pungapunga
River to and up the middle of the Pokurukuru Stream to a
point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 14; thence
along a right line to and along the generally eastern boundary
of that section and the eastern boundary of Section 20, both
of Block III, Piopiotea Survey District, to and along the eastern
boundary of Section 2, Block XV, Tuhua Survey District, to
and up the middle of the Ngakonui Stream to the point of
commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF HUNUA RIDING
All that area in the Wellington and South Auckland Land
Districts, in the County of Taumarunui, bounded by a line
commencing at a point in the middle of the Wanganui River
in line with the western boundary of Section 4, Block III,
Hunua Survey District; thence northerly and easterly generally
up the middle of that river to a point on the production of
a right line from the north-eastern corner of Section 12, Block
I, Hunua Survey District, through the westernmost corner of
Section 5, Block I aforesaid, being a point on the boundary
of the Borough of Taumarunui; thence south-westerly, east-
erly, and northerly generally along the boundary of the
Borough of Taumarunui as described in Gazette, 1959, page
1515, to the southernmost corner of Section 22, Block XIII,
Tuhua Survey District; thence north-easterly and south-easterly
generally along the southern boundary of Taringamotu Riding
as hereinbefore described to and southerly generally along
the western boundary of Pungapunga Riding as hereinbefore
described to the middle of the Wanganui River; thence easterly
and southerly generally up the middle of the Wanganui River
to a point on the production of the northern boundary of
Section 8, Block V, Hunua Survey District; thence westerly
to and along that boundary and southerly and easterly along
the western and southern boundaries of Section 8 aforesaid
to the western side of Makokomiko Road; thence southerly and
westerly along the western and northern sides of Makokomiko
Road to a point in line with the western boundary of Section
6, Block V aforesaid; thence southerly to and along
that boundary and easterly along the southern boundary of
Section 11, Block IX, Hunua Survey District; thence
southerly generally along that boundary and the
northern and eastern boundaries of Section 10, Block
IX aforesaid to the northern side of the Hikumutu-
Owhango Road; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern
side of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary
of Section 12, Block IX aforesaid; thence southerly to and
along that boundary to the northern boundary of Section 3,
Block IX aforesaid; thence westerly generally along the
northern and western boundaries of Section 3 aforesaid, the
southern boundary of Section 2, and the southern and western
boundaries of Section 4, Block IX aforesaid, to the southern
side of Te Maire Road; thence due north along a right line
across Te Maire Road to the southern boundary of Section 7,
Block VIII, Hunua Survey District; thence westerly along
the southern boundaries of Sections 7, 6, and 5, Block VIII
aforesaid and the southern boundary of Section 25, Block
III aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of Section 9, Block
II aforesaid; thence north-westerly along a right line to the
south-western corner of Section 2, Block III aforesaid; thence
due north along a right line across the Wanganui Valley Road,
along the southern and south-western boundaries of Sections
2 and 4, Block III aforesaid, and the production of the last-
mentioned boundary to a point in the middle of the Wanganui
River being the point of commencement; excluding therefrom
the Town District of Manunui as described in Gazette, 1921,
page 1635.
