79, 80, 81, and 85 and forming the northern and western
boundaries of Section 22 and part of the western boundary
of Section 23, all of Hua District; thence south-westerly generally along the middle of the last-mentioned road to its

Smart Road; thence northerly along the western side of Smart

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Minister
of Agriculture hereby publishes the following resolution
passed by the Upper Pareora Rabbit Board on the 5th day
of February 1960.
RESOLUTION
"THAT the elective members of the Upper Pareora Rabbit
Board be increased from five to seven."

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1959-60 Season
Declared (Notice No. Ag. 6948)
PURSUANT to section 16 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act
1948, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares that the
average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple
and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during
the 1959-60 season shall be 13s. 3.87d. per case of fruit which
has been picked, graded, and dispatched to the depot, with a
labour allowance for full wrapping and a material allowance
for cases and local market labels only.

Act 1948, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares the
standard cost of production of apples and pears for the
1959-60 season to be 13s. 3.87d. per case of fruit which has
