HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto; such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

Declaring an Access Way to be Under the Control and Management of the Paparua County Council

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of April 1960 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Paparua County Council.

SCHEDULE CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT ALL that access way containing 8·1 perches, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being Lot 81, D.P. 20632, and Lot 47, D.P. 17080, being part Rural Sections 110 and 108. Part certificate of title, Volume 301, folio 228, and part of the land in Proclamation No. 371570, Canterbury Land Registry.

Declaring the Pukawa Road in the Taumarunui County to be County Road

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of April 1960 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT ALL that portion of road situated in Block II, Puketi Survey District, Taumarunui County, commencing at a point at the western corner of Section 5, Block II, Puketi Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction along the northern boundary of the aforesaid section, through part Pukawa 2B and 3A Blocks, along the frontages of Sections 1 to 34 (inclusive), Town of Omori; thence northerly and north-westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 2, Block II, Puketi Survey District, and terminating at the northernmost corner of the said Section 2.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161445 (S.O. 24085) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Road in Blocks VII and XI, Galatea Survey District, Whakatane County, to be County Road COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of April 1960 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that portion of road situated in Blocks VII and XI, Galatea Survey District, Whakatane County, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 39, Block VI, Galatea Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly and south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 62 chains, and terminating at the western boundary of Section 5, Block XI, Galatea Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161349 (S.O. 38422) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A—B, B—C.

Declaring Portions of the Omamari Farm Settlement Road in the Hobson County to be a County Road

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of April 1960 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT FIRST, all that portion of road situated in Block IX, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County, commencing at the western-most corner of Section 4, Block IX of the aforesaid Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 70 chains, and terminating at a point on the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IX of the aforesaid Survey District.

Secondly all that portion of road situated in Block V, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County, commencing at the north-western corner of Section 4, Block V of the aforesaid Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 230 chains, and terminating at the southernmost corner of Section 5, Block V of the aforesaid Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 161336 (S.O. 39677) and P.W.D. 161337 (S.O. 41075) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A—B and A—B respectively.
