A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of April 1960.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 39·3 perches, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 79, D.P. 42011. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 14841, Auckland Land Registry.
