Licensing Leslie Gerald Trounson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark in the Taieri River as a Site for a Jetty and Breastwork

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Leslie Gerald Trounson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in the Taieri River, as shown on plans marked M.D. 9378 and M.D. 10678 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a jetty and breastwork thereon as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
  3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1952.
  4. The licensee shall not at any time leave on the roadside any fish boxes or fish pots or any other gear.

Licensing Donald Stanley Hargreaves to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark in the Taieri River as a Site for a Jetty and Shed

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Donald Stanley Hargreaves (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Taieri River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10652 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a jetty and shed as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
  3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1959.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 11th day of April 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 35·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Carterton, Wellington R.D., being Lot 1, Deeds Plan 414, being part Section 1, Township of Carterton. All Proclamation No. 5910, Wellington Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject to a Fencing Covenant and Building-line Restriction

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 11th day of April 1960, subject to a fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. 147529 and to the building-line restriction contained in special order No. 456831, Canterbury Land Registry.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road, and to Take Land for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road, in Blocks V and IX, Runanga Survey District, Being Land Required for the Realignment of the Waipunga River Section of the Taupo-Napier State Highway

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Taupo and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
