Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council of the 13th day of August 1952 and published in the Gazette of the 21st day of August 1952, page 1386, licensing Leslie Gerald Trousnon to use and occupy a part of the foreshore in the Taieri River as a site for a wharf.
