Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Christchurch Subject to Certain Rights

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, subject to drainage and other rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 142430, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of April 1960.

SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
All that parcel of land containing 1 rood 28·2 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, and being Lot 31, D.P. 5960, being part Rural Section 5833. All certificate of title, Volume 354, folio 260, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1960.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of April 1960.

SCHEDULE
Southland Land District
All those pieces of land situated in Southland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 13·9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 561, being part Section 15, Block XXII, Invercargill Hundred; coloured blue on plan.
0 3 24·7 Part Section 74, Block II, Town of Seaward Bush; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161276 (S.O. 6656) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of April 1960.

Wellington Land District
All that piece of land containing 22 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Sections 540 and 541, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 10, folio 161, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1960.

All those pieces of land, situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:

0 0 39·7 Part Section 49, Block VII, Town of Dunedin; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 0·1 Part Section 49, Block VII, Town of Dunedin; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161347 (S.O. 12793) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
