Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Post Office in the Borough of Kawerau
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 57, D.P. S. 6349, being part Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 41, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre and 11·4 perches, situated in the Town of Reefton, Nelson R.D., being closed road adjoining or passing through Sections 915, 916, 917, 918, 919, 920, 924, 925, 926, 927, 928, 929, 930, 931, 932, 1350, 1351, and 1360; Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 62, being parts Sections 921, 922, and 923; Lot 1, D.P. 191, being parts Sections 933, 934, and 935; and Crown land. All of the land in Proclamation No. 65173, Nelson Land Registry.

ALL those pieces of land containing 1 rood 16·2 perches, situated in the Borough of Mataura, Southland R.D., being Sections 83 and 85, Block XVII, Town of Mataura Bridge.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block IV, Moutere Survey District, being the land shown on D.P. 1314, being part Section 5, Block IV, Hokio Maori Township. All certificate of title, Volume 436, folio 62, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1960.
