Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Clutha County Council

Revocation of Notice Declaring West Harbour a Separate Borough for the Purposes of the Social Security Amendment Act 1941

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Social Security Amendment Act 1941 (as amended by section 18 of the Social Security Amendment Act 1951), I hereby revoke, as from the 24th day of March 1960, the notice which was given under those sections and which declared the Borough of West Harbour to be a separate borough for the purposes of the Social Security Amendment Act 1941 and which was published in the Gazette on the 22nd day of May 1952, at page 919.

Licensing the Grange Golf Club Inc. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the River in the Tamaki River as a Site for a Causeway

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Grange Golf Club Inc. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10748 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a causeway thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable one pound (£1).

3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1960.
