PURSUANT to paragraph (i) of subsection (1) of section 32 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that debentures or stock issued by the Nelson Harbour Board in respect of its Harbour Works Loan of £500,000, authorised by the Nelson Harbour Board Empowering Act 1956, are securities in which money in the Common Fund of the Public Trust Office may be invested.

Directing the Revision of District Valuation Rolls

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the district valuation rolls for the districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at 31 March 1960.

PURSUANT to the discretion conferred upon him by subsection (2) of section 9, Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General intends to exercise the authority conferred by the foregoing Order in Council so far as it relates to Whangarei County, by revising only those properties on the district valuation roll which lie within those portions of approximately 515 acres and 235 acres described in Gazette, 17 September 1959, No. 56, page 1299, which are to be included in the Borough of Whangarei as on and from 1 April 1960.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Turanga-O-Moana Rabbit District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
- The boundaries of the Turanga-O-Moana Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 6th day of October 1924,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE TURANGA-O-MOANA RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Counties of Piako and Matamata and the Boroughs of Te Aroha and Matamata, containing 148,300 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing in Block XVI, Waitoa Survey District at the junction of the middle of the Hamilton-Paeroa State Highway with the middle of the Waitoa-Ngarua Main Road, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the middle of the said highway and the middle of Waihou Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 88, Block IX, Aroha Survey District; thence along a right line to and along the generally western, northern, and eastern boundaries of the Borough of Te Aroha being along the north-eastern boundary of Section 88 aforesaid and along another right line across Gordon Avenue and a Railway Reserve described in Gazette, 1885, page 1214, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 31, D.P. 17828, another right line across Aroha View Avenue to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 15, D.P. 17828, Sections 78, 79, 80, 81, and 82, Block IX aforesaid, a right line across Grattan Road to and along the northern boundary of Section 9, Block IX, Aroha Survey District, the eastern boundaries of parts Lots 6 and 4, D.P. 5238, the southern side of Te Kawana Road and its production to the eastern side of Stanley Street; thence north-westerly along that eastern side to and north-easterly along the south-eastern side of a public road forming the north-western boundary of part Section 12, Block IX, Aroha Survey District on D.P. 13231, and continuing along the generally north-western boundary of that section and its production to and down the middle of the Waihou River to a point due west of the southern corner of Lot 5, D.P. 9294; thence due east along a right line for a distance of 3000 links; thence due north to a point due west of the south-western corner of Lot 2, D.P. 9294, and due east across Lot 39, D.P. 11332 and the Thames-Te Aroha Railway to the said south-western corner; thence northerly along the eastern side of the said railway, to and easterly along the southern boundaries of Sections 31d, 31c 4, 31c 1, parts 31b 3, and 31b 2, Block IX, Aroha Survey District, a right line across Centennial Avenue to and along the southern side of Tui Road to and along the western and northern boundaries of Section 117, Block IX, aforesaid and that northern boundary produced across a State forest described in Gazette, 1900, page 6, to the western boundary of Block X, Aroha Survey District; thence southerly along that block boundary to and easterly along the generally southern boundary of the County of Ohinemuri as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, to. and southerly generally along the generally western boundary of the County of Tauranga, as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1266, to the middle of the public road forming the generally south-eastern boundary of Section 60, Selwyn Settlement in Block I, Tapapa East Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the middle of that public road, the Tauranga-Piarere State Highway, Raparapa Road, and Te Poi Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 36610 in Block XI, Tapapa Survey District; thence continuing westerly generally along a right line to and along that last-mentioned boundary and along the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 2819, the eastern and northern boundaries of part Rangitanuku 1A crossing the intervening Rangitanuku Road and that boundary produced to the middle of the Waihou River; thence down the middle of that river to and up the middle of the Oraka Stream, to and along the middle of the Waiomou Main Road to the middle of the Maungatarata-Tirau Main Highway; thence northerly generally up the middle of that highway to and along the middle of Totmans Road to its intersection with the middle of the Auckland-Rotorua Railway; thence along the middle of that railway to a point in line with the middle of that part of the Maungatarata-Tirau Main Highway forming the eastern boundary of Section 62b, Block XIII, Wairere Survey District; thence along a right line to and along the middle of that highway and the middle of the Waitoa-Ngarua Main Road to the point of commencement.
