Land Together with Right of Way Taken for a Public School
in the City of Dunedin
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto together with right of way created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 84754, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 15·28 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, being part Section 34, Block XXXIV, Town of Dunedin. All certificate of title, Volume 203, folio 15, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 82 acres and 34 perches, situated in Block IV, Maungatua Survey District, being part Section 34. All certificate of title, Volume 272, folio 131 (limited as to parcels), Otago Land Registry.
