NORTH SHORE DRAINAGE DISTRICT
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the North Shore Drainage Act 1951 and the Public Works Act 1928 and their respective amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the North Shore Drainage Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of certain oxidation ponds at Rosedale Road, Albany, in the County of Waitemata, in connection with and as part of the main scheme of sewerage works (known as the amended No. 1 Scheme) proposed for the North Shore Drainage District; and for the purposes of such public work the land (inter alia) described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken:
And further, notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the secretary to the said Board, situated at No. 39 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, and is open for public inspection there, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, namely, from 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays both inclusive.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the secretary of the Board at his office, No. 39 Taharoto Road, Takapuna.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, for a street at Fortification Road in the City of Wellington, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken:
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said city, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said lands should, if they have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing and send that writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.

BOROUGH OF EAST COAST BAYS
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953 AND AMENDMENTS
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the East Coast Bays Borough Council, the District Scheme will be amended by imposing a 30ft service lane to run from Anzac Road to Bayview Road and to be situated on the rear 30ft of the Commercial “B” properties fronting the eastern side of Clyde Road, except for Lot 3, D.P. 16015, fronting Clyde Road and Lot 4, D.P. 16015, fronting Manly Esplanade, the boundaries of which two lots are not in line with the adjoining rear boundaries. In the case of such Lots 3 and 4 the proposed service lane shall be as shown on the plan being partly on Lot 3 and partly on Lot 4.
The said plan has been deposited at the office of the Town Clerk, Clyde Road, Brown’s Bay, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the office is open to the public.
Objections to the above amendment to the scheme shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 4th day of May 1960. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objections will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
