Dedication of a Road Reserve as a Road

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a road.

Declaration That Part of the Temuka Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Temuka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That the Wanganui River Trust Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Wanganui River Trust Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all those areas in the Wellington Land District totalling 16,689 acres 2 roods 10 perches, being the residue of the Wanganui River Trust Domain and being more particularly described as follows: Reserve C, Part Reserve E, and part Section 24, Block I, Hunua Survey District.

All that land situated in the Retaruke and Whirinaki Survey Districts bounded towards the south, north-west, and north generally by the Wanganui River; towards the north by Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block XI, Retaruke Survey District; towards the south, south-east, and north generally by a line averaging 1 mile distant from the left bank of the Wanganui River; towards the east by Section 1, Block XVII, Whirinaki Survey District.

That part of the Waimarino Block bounded towards the north-east by Waimarino 5B 6, from the confluence of the Puwawa Stream with the Wanganui River to Aurupa Trig. Station, and from that Trig. Station to the southernmost corner of Waimarino 5B 6; towards the south-west by the Wanganui River.

That part of the Waimarino Block bounded towards the west by the Popotea Block; towards the north-east from a point on the eastern boundary of the said Popotea Block distant 1300 links from its north-eastern corner to the Manganui-a-te-ao River, by a line at an average distance of one mile from the left bank of the Wanganui River; towards the south-east by the said Manganui-a-te-ao River; towards the south by the Wanganui River.

Section 1, Block XV, Tauakira Survey District and Sections 1 and 3, Block III, Waipakura Survey District.

Secondly, all those areas in the Taranaki Land District totalling 1,857 acres being more particularly described as follows:

Part Raoraomouku Block, Block IV, Omara Block, bounded towards the north-west by the Aratawa Block and Maori Land; towards the north-east by the Wanganui River; towards the south-west by the Otuhirawa Stream; towards the south-east by Maori Land; and towards the south-west by a line running at an average distance of 1 mile from the right bank of the Wanganui River.

Part Mangapukatea Block, Block IV, Omara Survey District, bounded towards the north by the Otangiwai Stream; towards the east by the Wanganui River; towards the south by the Waipaihihi Stream and Maori Land; and on the west by a line running at an average distance of 1 mile from the right bank of the Wanganui River.
