Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve as a site for pensioners'
flats to a reserve for recreation purposes.

Geraldine County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described
in the Schedule hereto from reserves for gravel pit to
reserves for plantation purposes, and further, vests the said
reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of
the County of Geraldine, in trust, for those purposes.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

RESERVE 5031 (formerly part Rural Section 21256), situated
in Block VII, Orari Survey District: Area, 2 acres and 0·3
perches, more or less.
Reserve 5032 (formerly part Rural Section 19377), situated

of the Kaiwaka Park Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby

reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to
be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of
the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Kaiwaka Park
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the
Domain Board.
