NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as amended by section 2 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the closing of the portion of the street known as McNab Street, in the Borough of Ellerslie, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of street containing 6Β·7 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Section 1, and Sections 94, 142, 143, 144, 145, 205, 206, and 207, Prescott Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160971 (S.O. 41667) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Boundaries of County of Rodney and Town District of Warkworth Altered COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 8th day of March 1960 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER 1. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Rodney and included in the Town District of Warkworth. 2. The alteration of boundaries of the said county and the said town district hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Rodney County, containing 7 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing on the generally easterly boundary of the Warkworth Town District, being the south-western corner of Allotment 47, Mahurangi Parish, in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, and proceeding southerly along a right line, being the production of the western boundary of Allotment 47 aforesaid, to the southern side of Mahurangi River; thence westerly, northerly, and easterly along the boundary of the Warkworth Town District as described in the Gazette, 1909, page 549, to the point of commencement.

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER 1. On and from the 1st day of April 1960, the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Waikouaiti and included in the Borough of Port Chalmers. 2. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE AREA EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF WAIKOUAITI AND INCLUDED IN BOROUGH OF PORT CHALMERS ALL that area in the North East Valley Riding of Waikouaiti County containing 240 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 4, Sawyers Bay Survey District; thence proceeding north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Sawyers Bay Survey District and its production to a point on the south-western boundary of Section 1 of 85, Block VII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, 250 links distant from the southernmost corner of that Section 1 of 85; thence north-easterly along a straight line parallel to and distant 250 links from the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 1 of 85, 1 of 84, 83, 82, 2 of 81, 1 of 81, and 80, to the south-western boundary of Section 2 of 79, Block VII aforesaid; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the southernmost corner of Section 2 of 79 aforesaid; thence southerly to the northernmost corner of D.P. 555; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of D.P. 555 to a point distant 250 links at right angles from Reservoir Road; thence southerly along a line parallel to and distant 250 links from the north-western side of Reservoir Road to the northern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 1058; thence generally easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of that Lot 4, and southerly and westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 1058, to the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2095; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 2095, and their production to and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 2095, and the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1058, to its south-western corner; thence southerly along a straight line parallel to and distant 250 links from the eastern boundary of Reservoir Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7911; thence westerly to and generally southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 7911, to the Dunedin - Port Chalmers Main Highway; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of that highway to the western boundary of Section 63, Sawyers Bay Survey District; thence northerly along that boundary to and south-easterly along a line parallel to and distant 250 links from the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid highway to the western boundary of that part of Section 63, Sawyers Bay Survey District, in certificate of title, Volume 385, folio 199, thence generally northerly along that boundary to and along the western boundary of Section 62 and easterly along its northern boundary to the north-eastern corner of that Section 62, Sawyers Bay Survey District; thence generally southerly, westerly, north-westerly, and south-westerly along the boundaries of the Borough of Port Chalmers as described in Gazette, 1954, page 32, to the point of commencement.

Foreshore Licence at Lake Wakatipu Revoked COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 29th day of February 1960 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council of the 15th day of January 1947 and published in the Gazette of the 23rd day of January 1947, page 58, licensing Robert Ensor to use and occupy part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, as a site for a floating jetty.
