A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for teachers' residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land containing together 1 rood 24·3 perches, situated in Block II, Tapapa Survey District, Borough of Matamata, being Lots 11 and 14, D.P. S. 5650, being part Section 79, Matamata Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 1472, folio 64, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of March 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post-office purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Heathcote as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

All those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a sewerage easement in gross granted to the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier by memorandum of transfer No. 91525, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All that additional land containing 3 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 165, D.P. 7894, being part Ahuriri Lagoon; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161199 (S.O. 3196) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured orange.
